  • Unclear photos: The uploaded images of your ID or selfie may be blurry or unclear, making it difficult for the system to verify the information.

2. What documents can I use to complete KYC verification?

You can submit one of the following official documents for identity verification: ID card, Driver’s license, Passport

3. How do I complete personal KYC verification?

On Website: Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the homepage, then select [Verification] to access the verification page.
