1. Compensation Scope
Bicoins provides compensation under the following circumstances:
- Platform Errors: Financial losses caused by technical/system failures
- Unauthorized Transactions: Verified cases of account breaches (subject to investigation)
- Service Interruptions: Prolonged outages exceeding SLA guarantees
Exclusions: Market volatility, user errors, or third-party service failures
2. Claim Process
- Notification: Submit incident report within 72 hours via support ticket
- Verification: Provide:
- Transaction IDs
- Timestamped evidence (screenshots/logs)
- KYC documentation
- Resolution: Completed within 14 business days post-verification
3. Compensation Methods
- Direct Asset Reimbursement (Equivalent value at incident time)
- Trading Fee Rebates
- Service Credit Extensions
4. Limitations
- Maximum compensation cap: $10,000 per incident
