KYC Verification Status and Error Handling

To ensure safety and regulatory compliance, the system requires users to complete identity verification (KYC).

Below are the possible verification statuses and how to handle errors if they occur.

KYC Verification Status

  • Un-verify: You have not started or not completed the KYC process yet.
  • Under Review: Your verification documents are currently being reviewed.
  • Verify: Your KYC has been successfully approved.
  • Reject: Your documents are invalid. Please update your information and try again.

Common Errors and How to Resolve Them

  • Blurry / Overexposed / Cropped Photo: Retake a clear photo with proper lighting. Avoid glare, blur, or missing corners
  • Invalid / Expired Document: Use a valid National ID/Passport/Driver’s License that is still active.
  • Information Does Not Match Account: Ensure the full name on the document matches the name registered on the account.
  • Missing Selfie with ID Document: Re-upload a selfie holding your ID and a note with: (Full Name + “KYC Bicoins”).
  • Unsupported File Format: Use JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. File size must be less than 1MB.
