KYC Verification Status
- Un-verify: You have not started or not completed the KYC process yet.
- Under Review: Your verification documents are currently being reviewed.
- Verify: Your KYC has been successfully approved.
- Reject: Your documents are invalid. Please update your information and try again.
Common Errors and How to Resolve Them
- Blurry / Overexposed / Cropped Photo: Retake a clear photo with proper lighting. Avoid glare, blur, or missing corners
- Invalid / Expired Document: Use a valid National ID/Passport/Driver’s License that is still active.
- Information Does Not Match Account: Ensure the full name on the document matches the name registered on the account.
- Missing Selfie with ID Document: Re-upload a selfie holding your ID and a note with: (Full Name + “KYC Bicoins”).
- Unsupported File Format: Use JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. File size must be less than 1MB.
