1. Compensation Scope

Bicoins provides compensation under the following circumstances:

  • Platform Errors: Financial losses caused by technical/system failures
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Verified cases of account breaches (subject to investigation)
  • Service Interruptions: Prolonged outages exceeding SLA guarantees

Exclusions: Market volatility, user errors, or third-party service failures

2. Claim Process

  1. Notification: Submit incident report within 72 hours via support ticket
  2. Verification: Provide:
    • Transaction IDs
    • Timestamped evidence (screenshots/logs)
    • KYC documentation
  3. Resolution: Completed within 14 business days post-verification

3. Compensation Methods

  • Direct Asset Reimbursement (Equivalent value at incident time)
  • Trading Fee Rebates
  • Service Credit Extensions

4. Limitations

  • Maximum compensation cap: $10,000 per incident
